HeartMath ONLINE Small Group Coaching Program
The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience ONLINE program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching or mentoring with scientific validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and building resilience. You will learn life long skills you can use any time to increase well-being, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience.

Classes 6 weeks
Dates- Sundays starting in June 8, 15, 22, 29 and July 6, 13
Stress & Wellbeing online assessment to be taken prior to the class and reviewed ONLINE with me prior to the start of the group classes
Handouts provided weekly throughout the program
Weekly Homework - YEAH!
Check in's each week with a partner (during class) to share personal experience with tools & techniques
Follow up email after each session to solidified teaching points, homework and practices for the week

The Art of Nature Self Care Retreat
Claire and I are thrilled to offer our 3rd Annual FALL Self Care Retreat at Sweet Basil Farm in Micanopy this coming November.
Our three days of self care include time relaxing in nature, practicing yoga, exploring mindful art-making, and trying your hand at Greek cuisine with like minded others. Breathe in the clean air while immersing yourself in your own healing. Our $750 rate includes all meals, excluding Saturday evening, all of which will be home cooked Greek "Blue Zone" meals. Lodging is also included at Airbnb's located close to Sweet Basil Farm. Class size is limited to 8, and registration deadline is October 24. $50 off for Early Bird Registration by August 1, 2025. Please make us aware of any food allergies/requests.

Our three days of self care include: time relaxing in nature, practicing restorative yoga, exploring mindful art-making, being pampered with healthy food, and learning about the history and health benefits of Greek cuisine - all with like minded others. Breathe in the clean air while immersing yourself in your own healing.

Stress & Wellbeing online assessment to be taken prior to the class with a short in person (or online) review with me prior to the start of the group classes

Free time to play with emwave technology PRIOR to class time. We will not be using the technology during class time
