HeartMath ONLINE Small Group Coaching Program


The HeartMath Building Personal Resilience ONLINE program is a focused and practical program, combining personalized coaching or mentoring with scientific validated tools to help you self-regulate your body’s response to stress and building resilience.  You will learn life long skills you can use any time to increase well-being, personal and professional performance and quality of life experience.

Program Details:

  • Classes 6 weeks

  • Dates​- Sundays starting in June 8, 15, 22, 29 and July 6, 13

  • Stress & Wellbeing online assessment to be taken prior to the class and reviewed ONLINE with me prior to the start of the group classes

  • Handouts provided weekly throughout the program

  • Weekly Homework - YEAH!

  • Check in's each week with a partner (during class) to share personal experience with tools & techniques

  • Follow up email after each session to solidified teaching points, homework and practices for the week

  • $297 for the 4 week program which includes your FREE Stress & Wellbeing assessment and Follow Up coaching appt. with me prior to program start!
