Claire and I are thrilled to announce our 4th Self Care Retreat at Sweet Basil Farm in Micanopy, Florida, scheduled for April 4 - 6, 2025.  We hope that you may be interested in joining us for this exclusive, nurturing experience with other like minded women.

Our three days of self care include: time relaxing in nature, practicing restorative yoga, exploring mindful art-making, being pampered with healthy food, and learning about the history and health benefits of Greek cuisine - all with like minded others. Breathe in the clean air while immersing yourself in your own healing. 

Our $750 rate includes all meals, excluding Saturday evening, all of which will be home cooked Greek "Blue Zone" meals. Lodging is also included at an Airbnb located close to Sweet Basil Farm.  Class size is limited to 8, and the registration deadline is March 15, 2025. 

Early Bird Registration deadline is February 14, 2025 for a $50 discount off the weekend rate.
