Meet Your Instructor, Kelly Andrews

Born and raised in Greeneville, Tennessee, my husband Bill and I moved back to the mountains from Florida in 2021 to care give for family. Having purchased a property in downtown Mountain City in 2017, we decided to build out the downstairs as living space and the upstairs as a yoga studio (I had a yoga studio in my home in Florida too), so I could continue to teach yoga and provide selfcare and resilience workshops and trainings.

 FAQs - How to Get Started

  • 111 Wayland Street - Enter the property through the back concrete block fence opening behind the building. Entrance is the left door. Come up the stairs and into the studio space.

  • $10 per class (one hour in duration)

  • Beginners are WELCOME. Please let Kelly know you are new to yoga.

  • Kelly recommends a minimum of 4 private sessions which includes photos (if you want) and a personalized sequence for home practice. Call for more information or to schedule your first session : 863-670-1717

  • Kelly encourages a daily practice even if it is just 15 minutes. Once you create a daily practice, the benefits and desire to practice amplifies.

  • Weekly classes at Kelly's Studio, community classes and special event classes available depending on needs of the client or organization.
